Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need AI consulting under the EU AI Act?

As soon as you deploy, develop, or place AI systems on the market, an early classification is worthwhile – particularly since obligations for high-risk AI systems apply in full from 2 August 2026.

What is a fundamental rights impact assessment?

For certain high-risk AI systems, deployers are required under Art. 27 AI Act to assess the impact on fundamental rights. We conduct this assessment jointly with you – often in combination with a data protection impact assessment under Art. 35 GDPR.

Does every AI system need to be registered in the EU database?

No. The registration obligation under Art. 49 and 71 AI Act applies in particular to high-risk AI systems listed in Annex III. We assess on your behalf whether and to what extent registration is required.
