As a member of the DSN GROUP, headquartered in Bremen, we share three core values with our colleagues from northern Germany: experience, practical solutions, and passion. Experience, because we are part of a company group with over 20 years of success in data protection and information security. Practicality, as we focus on balanced, pragmatic approaches that ensure compliance while prioritizing our clients’ needs.

From the start, our mission has been to stay close to our clients. Building trust through personal interactions and being available locally are key priorities for us. Our emphasis on proximity has enabled us to form deeper connections and ensure timely support.
Expanding our presence across multiple locations has strengthened our team. In recent years, we’ve recruited many skilled professionals to our offices in Würzburg, Cologne, and Stuttgart, and we’ve now added a new location in Munich. Today, datenschutz süd GmbH has a team of nearly 40 legal experts dedicated to providing top-notch consulting services.

Our consultants use our proprietary data protection management software, DSN port privacy, which allows both our team and clients to clearly document all processing activities. For organizations with a works council, we offer a specialized solution, datenschutzBR, designed to address the unique data protection needs of employee representation.

Würzburg
Würzburg is the headquarters of datenschutz süd GmbH. Located in the EURO CENTER on Wörthstraße in the Zellerau district, our team of 20 legal experts serves clients across the Würzburg area, Baden-Württemberg, and Bavaria.
Cologne
Since 2016, datenschutz süd GmbH has operated an office in the heart of Cologne’s Old Town. A dedicated team of eleven legal professionals provides support to our clients in the greater Cologne area and throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.
Stuttgart
Our Stuttgart office opened in 2019 in the Stuttgart-Nord district. From here, a growing team of legal specialists offers consulting services to clients in Stuttgart and the surrounding region.
Munich
In 2022, we established an office in Munich, ensuring we can assist our clients locally in the Bavarian capital. The Munich office is located on Hanauer Straße in the Moosach district.
