What We Do on a Daily Basis

Our role as data protection consultants and external Data Protection Officers includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

• Advising company leadership and departments on all aspects of data privacy, from employee and customer data to online shops, video surveillance, loyalty programs, time tracking systems, access control, and tracking technologies.
• Assisting clients in fulfilling data subject rights, like managing access requests and handling deletion requests.
• Drafting and reviewing data protection agreements, such as data processing contracts, operational agreements, and relevant policies.
• Developing comprehensive data protection concepts, creating privacy policies and consent forms, and conducting data protection impact assessments.
• Maintaining a detailed record of processing activities for clients.
• Reviewing and ensuring GDPR compliance for websites and social media channels.
• Advising on measures to prevent data breaches and providing guidance on managing incidents if they occur.
• Delivering training sessions on data protection law and raising awareness among employees about handling personal data responsibly.
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients, employee representatives, and regulatory authorities on data privacy matters.

Our Information Security division is divided into two main areas: Consulting and Penetration Testing (Pentesting). In Consulting, our IT specialists focus on conducting information security assessments, implementing or enhancing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and fulfilling responsibilities as external information security officers.

In Pentesting, we perform controlled simulations of cyberattacks on our clients' IT systems to uncover potential vulnerabilities. These tests are customized according to each client’s requirements and objectives. Our services go beyond internal and external network security checks to include security testing for web applications, APIs, as well as iOS and Android apps.

Close collaboration and alignment with our clients are fundamental to both our consulting and pentesting services. We work with a diverse client base across industries, each with unique risks and security challenges. While we follow established standards and guidelines, we prioritize creating tailored solutions, adding both value and excitement to our work in information security. Whether engaged on a project basis, such as in setting up an ISMS, or through long-term partnerships as dedicated information security officers, we provide ongoing support to meet each client's specific needs.

Our goal is to deliver precise, effective information security solutions. A significant part of this process involves understanding what each client truly requires—and what they don't. This demands not only technical expertise but also strong analytical and communication skills. Additionally, we conduct training sessions and workshops to help raise awareness around IT and information security among client teams.
