DSN Holding AG
DSN Holding GmbH was founded in 2017 and converted into the stock corporation DSN Holding AG on 26 October 2026. Based in Bremen’s Überseestadt district, it manages essential internal services for the DSN GROUP. From reception and call handling to billing and IT system operations, the team of over 20 employees ensures smooth operations across the organization. With more than 2,000 clients and over 200 staff members, daily responsibilities and inquiries are numerous.
About us
The DSN GROUP’s founding members (formerly the datenschutz nord Group) fondly remember their beginnings in Bremerhaven in 2001, when a small team handled everything with just a few organizational talents and celebrated birthdays around a single table. Today, our processes have evolved to match the growth of our client base and workforce, supported by CRM systems and modern IT infrastructure. Despite these changes, our spirit of collaboration and camaraderie remains strong.

Your Contacts
Britta Overbeck is a member of the Executive Board of DSN Holding AG. She was previously Managing Director of DSN Holding GmbH. Dr Uwe Schläger is one of the founders of datenschutz nord and was most recently Managing Director of the holding company. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he will continue to oversee the development of the group of companies. Other members of the Supervisory Board are Oliver Stutz and Dr Sönke Maseberg. Daniela Windelband is an authorised signatory of the holding company and heads the marketing department.
