Founded in 2017, DSN Holding GmbH, based in Bremen’s Überseestadt district, manages essential internal services for the DSN GROUP. From reception and call handling to billing and IT system operations, the team of over 20 employees ensures smooth operations across the organization. With more than 2,000 clients and over 200 staff members, daily responsibilities and inquiries are numerous.
About us
The DSN GROUP’s founding members (formerly the datenschutz nord Group) fondly remember their beginnings in Bremerhaven in 2001, when a small team handled everything with just a few organizational talents and celebrated birthdays around a single table. Today, our processes have evolved to match the growth of our client base and workforce, supported by CRM systems and modern IT infrastructure. Despite these changes, our spirit of collaboration and camaraderie remains strong.

Dr. Uwe Schläger, a founding member of datenschutz nord and a PhD in Computer Science, serves as Managing Director of DSN Holding, ensuring a balanced focus on legal and information security consulting. Since January 2023, Britta Overbeck has also served as Managing Director. A long-time contributor to the company’s development, she played a key role in its growth into a corporate group. Daniela Windelband, who became the company’s authorized signatory in January 2024, leads the Marketing department.
